A long and luxurious Saturday morning yoga class designed to increase freedom, strength, and stability in the hips and lower back. We’ll begin the practice by moving through a variety of gentle floor postures to warm and prepare the body for deeper opening and exploration. The extra time makes it possible for students to move slowly, linger in asanas, and meditate on concepts and themes with a depth and thoroughness that is not always
possible in shorter weekly classes.
Modeled after the long practices taught by her teacher, Ada Lusardi, Katie hopes these sessions will inspire students to approach their yoga with renewed curiosity, attention, and pleasure.
